What happens when we reach the limit?
New uploads pause until there's room, and every memory you've already shared stays exactly where it is. Nothing is ever deleted to make space.
Can one person pay for the whole family?
Yes. The plan belongs to the whole family, so anyone in it can pay, from anywhere in the world. It's a lovely way to look after everyone back home when you live far away.
Is the free plan as private as the paid ones?
Exactly as private. On every plan, only the family you invite sees your memories, and any sorting by face happens on your own phone or computer, without the face data ever leaving it. We never show ads, sell your data or use what you share to train AI.
Can we change plans later?
Any time. Moving up is instant: you pay only the difference for the time left, and the extra room is yours straight away. Moving down starts with your next payment.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your family moves to the free plan, and every photo, video and voice note stays where it is, for everyone to see. If your memories take up more room than the free plan has, new uploads pause until you choose a plan again.
Is there a limit on family members?
None at all. Bring in every aunt, uncle and cousin, on every plan, the free one too.
1How we count: a phone photo is about 3 MB, and a minute of 1080p phone video about 100 MB. These are only estimates to help you picture it; any mix of photos and videos fits until the storage is full.
